Starting a cleanse soon!...

I thought I'd mention that I'll be doing a cleanse soon. I'll start preparation on February 26th, and begin the official cleanse on March 2nd. I'm doing the master cleanse, which many of you may have heard of. It is best done this time of year. I had great success with this last year, and I'm excited to do it again! It makes you feel really amazing. These are the basics:
-drink 8-12 cups of lemonade, maple syrup, and cayenne mixtures each day.
-drink laxative and mint teas.
-drink as much water as you like.
-No other liquids, no food, no smoking, drugs, etc.
-The cleanse lasts 10 days, but if you're not ready for this, you can modify the length.
There are MANY more details as far as preparation, coming off the cleanse, benefits, what to do to enhance the detox effects during your cleanse, how much/when to consume each ingredient, etc...

I am only offering my knowledge and guidance. I am not yet a certified nutritionist, and I will not be held liable if you have a negative experience with your cleanse. If you're interested, this can be an extremely life changing and rewarding experience that you will learn from and repeat.
